    I was pleased to see the arrival of a packet, earlier than expected, the other day. Sadly, the wrong item had been sent. The seller apologised very speedily & informed me that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Complaints? None at all. My money was refunded in full without my asking & a postage paid label was sent for me to return the item. Thephotographyshop puts excellent customer service first & deals with problems swiftly & professionally. I will definitely try them again.

    I ordered this item and a Celestron T adapter, both came together in well packed original packaging. Items were tracked and delivered quickly. One thing to note was this company is quick to answer any questions or queries and give good advice. I’m new to photography so found them very helpful. For me, I believe it’s important to support home grown businesses and 100% I will order from them again. Thank for answering my questions and a great service.

    GREAT buying experience. Friendly communication from seller. Very good value for money. Nice slide viewer. Fast dispatch and well packaged to protect in the postal process. Item is new and so in mint condition. Nice to have access to tracking for royal mail. Highly recommend this seller. I will use again.

    Been considering a good quality compact spotting scope after a safari holiday last year & Hawke have good reviews. Price was already competitive but an eBay discount voucher made it irresistible. Item was New as advertised, ordered it on Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning as it has been posted 24 hour delivery (and this was free postage). Quality of the scope is excellent. Great service from The Photography Shop, I recommend them and will use again - thank you!
