  Phone received was visually in very good condition, but the rear camera was not working upon setup due to hardware failure. Seller was fantastic to communicate with on the issue and remedied the situation promptly. While I wish I did not have to return it, I am very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of this eBay seller, who refunded me very quickly.   Always suspicious when a ‘new’ premium brand item is offered at close to half the manufacturer’s price. The unit was in a stock package without an overwrap or shipping carton. Presented as ‘sealed’, although with the amount of packaging tape used, it was difficult to determine if a ‘seal’ was present. Inspection revealed that the item is exactly as that which is available from Bose. Very impressed and pleased.

  Phone is in great condition. Came as described. Got it connected to my carrier with no problems and the seller was quick at responding to my questions and answering me.
