  I received a pair that was not pictured. I reached out to the seller numerous times to try and coordinate the exchange for the item I paid for. After several messages, I finally received a response of ‘I accept returns’. Very disappointed that the seller did not care to rectify the error that they made.

  Initially the seller did not respond to any of my private messages when I inquired about combined shipping and discounts. However, they replied promptly when I had concerns about the product after it arrived. So, while the seller may not reply before you make a purchase, they will assist you once the product has been bought. The seller was very polite and supportive. The product arrived well-packaged, and I did not notice any major flaws or issues to complain about.
