    The doll had gotten lost in shipping but she was able to found and delivered. The seller was exceptionally very helpful in the process. She was packaged okay no damage to the box or the doll. She had arrived as described and was well worth the value I paid. I would definitely recommend this seller. Thanks again for all your help.

    Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about this seller!! The price point was perfect, they shipped my item quickly, and her packaging was excellent! USPS lost the package for about a month, which wasn't in any way the seller's fault. The only reason I mention it is because they took so much time and care in calling USPS and ensuring it got to me! EXCELLENT and WONDERFUL seller! Gorgeous doll! Perfect condition and excellent quality! : ) Thank you!! Appreciate you so much!! Hooray!! : )

    Cons: Shipping was slower than expected (not necessarily seller's fault). The item I received isn't the one shown in the listing's photos. The horn is smaller, the hair is matted but I think it can be salvaged. Pros: The item was wrapped and packaged well and arrived securely. The seller responded quickly to questions and had great communication. Otherwise, its in great condition: no tears, stains or smells.

    This seller is absolutely incredible to work with, I had an issue with the original package and they handled it very well, they sent a replacement and the replacement arrived within a week, it was packaged very well and came exactly as described! I highly recommend this seller!

    My daughter’s doll’s (nearly identical to this one) leg broke off. She had it several years, but still liked it. She was glad when I found another one. It was new, just as described, with no flaws. With shipping, the price was the same as some at Walmart which was a plus for us, since this same doll is no longer available. It shipped, being packed well, and was here in just a few days. Thank you for excellent service.

    Item as described packaged well. Had a hang up in shipping, and when I messaged seller did not get upset but was willing to check on it and fixed problem. I would buy from seller again.
