    This was a big investment and the seller was so accommodating! From answering my questions prior to sale to shipping updates. Seller notified me whenever there was a change in status, provided tracking number, etc. Even had a personalized note of gratitude inside the box, a nice touch.     TMR was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. There was also a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with my prior interaction. The price was fair including shipping cost. The preamp arrived exactly as promised which they were happy to delay since I was out of the country. It was packed beautifully and thoroughly.The condition of the preamp was accurately described and in person, the blemishes were less noticeable than described. I can’t recommend TMR enough.

    The package was well packed and delivering fast. Good price. Seller responding my question very fast. Good communication and services. Although there's no preamp, it's still in great condition as described. Seller gladly let me returned it, and gave me full refund. I appreciated. Will come back again.

    This C9 arrived as described, in open box conditon with all factory-included accesories. It was packed very well to prevent damage during shipping. It arrived on time. I feel the price was fair, considering there is a newer version of this item available at a higher cost. It sounds very nice as well, including the LCD X headphone I purchased from TMR last year. Will continue to purchase from this seller in the future.
