The packaging was poor (in a plastic postal bag) and the stone had come away from the acrylic so I had to glue it back in place - other than that it was quick and easy transaction.

Pleasure to own as I trained as zoologist before switching careers and studied nesting behaviours in dinosaurs and living birds - plus dinosaurs appeal to my inner child. 24 hour Royal Mail delivery. Five star service. Would buy from them again :-) P.S. They sent a lot of junk mail in envelope which was cheesy/unprofessional, only error they made.
