The shipment was processed quickly and arrived early. Com - the item was missing the drip tray cover. Also the grinder would not power on and therefore we could not make coffee. The good news is that I called Miele directly for support and they quickly shipped me the missing part at no cost. Also they sent a service tech over who was able to take it apart and fix the problem quickly.
