  The item was beautifully described and the photos showed the flaw. However, the buyer lowered the price and we shared bird stories, great communication! The item was shipped quickly and came nicely packaged. It’s beautiful and though not in true color, it reminds me of my littlest bird.   The customer service was outstanding! The seller responded in less than 10 minutes and offered an appropriate solution to the issue of receiving the wrong item. Although the shipping cost seemed high, I would purchase from them again.
