  Wow! Great customer service! All pre-purchase questions were answered and a different product suggested. It had the exact options needed. Shipping was fast and there was no additional cost. The packaging was exceptionally good. The switches arrived looking brand new. These eBay Refurbished items have a one-year warranty serviced by SquareTrade. What a bonus! Definitely would purchase from hardwarehoncho again.

  I’m not really a person that reviews things, but I felt the need to post because this delivery was flawless and the packing was amazing. I received this router in a box that was wrapped in bubble wrap and pads to keep the edges from knocking and inside that box was a box that has the actual switch and that box had a bunch of Styrofoam cubes to keep it from rocking inside that box Everything was shrink wrapped and neatly packed.   New product from a reputable vendor with great colors for an unbeatable price. The shipping was super fast and it even came earlier than expected. I am not sure what I have to say regarding quality, but it is a high quality transaction. I guess the AI is confused. AI buzzwords aside - the transaction could not have gone better and I love the product.
