  Item was described as “used”, but it was actually in “as new” condition, and for a fraction of the cost if I had bought it new. The post office kind of mangled up the box it was shipped in, but I was happy to discover that the item was not damaged whatsoever (whew!) I’m thrilled with this purchase, and highly recommend this seller!

  Item arrived mostly as described, one disc was missing (with a duplicate of another disc in its place). Seller immediately responded with a choice of partial refund or return. Bummed the item wasn't complete, but I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

  Seller made the issue right by offering a partial refund and stated that she did not send package in that condition. Was very pleasant and easy to work with and responded very quickly. Would definitely work with this seller again
