CD clearly sold as used but tested (was in my collection for years). I did offer him partial refund. Says he wants to return CD, or to refund him half the transaction value so he would then keep it. I then asked him to send video proof of faulty CD but he's NOT willing at all to send it, and no explanation on that. Some CD players are more sensible to surface scratches than others, not my fault if your equipement is lousy...
