  The seller was prompt with replies to my questions, made very effort with express shipping to get it to the US in time for Christmas ( US Customs held it up for my re than a week after announced delivery date of the 23rd) and the Tantalus was as described and absolutely exquisite! This seller has gone above and beyond and I would happily deal with them again.

  Well-described antique clock is high quality. Communication was swift, as was shipping. I would recommend for future shipping that this seller use a sturdy box, big enough to hold the packing materials and item without swelling. Impacts during shipping are unavoidable. A larger box would not have transferred shocks directly to this clock. Besides bubble wrap, there was only the small box for protection. Luckily, in this case, the item did not break.
