Followed my requests regarding postage to the letter, product is immaculate and better than as described, packaging was extremely secure, and a little packet of sweets included! Nice touch 😊.   EXEMPLARY - The Platinum Plus standard!!! I contacted the seller the next day as the wrong power lead had been packed. The reply was in *5mins* - they had already realised, and posted the correct lead, supplied the tracking number, and it was receivedthe following morning. Most pro-active seller I've ever purchased from in 20+ years of using ebay. OUTSTANDING!!!

  I Have not had chance to try this yet, But the quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. Price was reasonable. It was delivered well packed and ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY !!!! EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS A SUNDAY !!!! Whether that is great service or a disgrace depends on how you feel about deliveries on Sunday? Personally I feel Sunday should be the one day I can to come and go as I please, without worrying about deliveries. Undelivered RM POST is a total nightmare to retrieve.

  I'm very pleased and happy with my laptop. The laptop was well packaged and the laptop works perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised, the condition of the laptop was far better than I was expecting. Unfortunately it came with the wrong charger. I left a message mentioning this, the seller got back within an hour, I was messaged and told a replacement charger would be sent out that day. It did arrive the next day delivered by Royal Mail and the charger works perfectly. Great seller!

  Was most impresed, it was well packaged. still in its original OEM bag so not used. the delivery was way much faster than I expected. again very happy the device is exactly as described in the Ebay sale listing. also great value. I would recomend this seller to my friends.

  Brilliant.. Condition, price, packing, delivery, communication & guarantee all excellent. One always feels nervous about buying tech from a firm one hasn't dealt with before but no worry here, I would not hesitate to deal with them again. And thanks for the "extra" enclosure, a kind touch.
