    While there was a problem with the book description and the copy I received, the seller helped to take care of that problem right away. He acted in a professional manner and with concern, understanding, and a desire to see that we concluded our transaction positively for both of us. Shipping was fast and the packaging protected the book well. Very pleased with this seller.

    After being lost in the mail for a couple of months, it finally arrived! The seller was communicative and even refunded my money after three weeks of being lost. Since its arrival, I will be returning the seller's money and wrapping up this transaction. Well packed, couldn't have asked for a more helpful seller.

    The Snow White was absolutely beautiful. The photos just do not do justice. I was very overwhelmed. As far as the seller, he/she packed the item with great care. The shipping cost was very, very reasonable not like some of the other individuals I see selling items on ebay. I certainly would have no problems with doing business in the future and recommend that you buy off of this seller. A+++++ from me all the way. Thank you for such a nice Snow White.
