    There had been an honest error in the specific version of the item received. It was in GREAT condition, in fact better than described, packaged carefully and shipped promptly . The seller was extremely responsive and apologetic at the oversight and issued a refund within minutes, which was a very honest and kind gesture! A very positive experience and I would not hesitate to come back due to the wonderful customer service!

    Order was shipped quickly and arrived safely. Unfortunately, the disc that arrived was a standard CD, not the SACD that was advertised. I contacted the seller who responded immediately with a full refund. Seems like an honest mistake, which was well handled. I would surely purchase from this seller again!

    Seller shipped fast. Packaged safely. Tracking provided. Items were all sent as pictured, which means NO CD back cover inserts were included. It was the CD and CD insert book for each. I wouldn't have called them VG since they all have heavy scuffing and scratches. But they all played fine so we'll call it good. Seller refunded shipping overcharge as expected. For the price, it was a decent deal. Thanks.
