    The service was great, all was in the package as described. Through my own error, being new to Husqvarna embroidery machines I didn’t know that this wouldn’t work with my machine. They very graciously let me return the item. I just had to pay return postage which I thought was fair since it was my error. Thank you for your exceptional service.
