I've dealt with both good and not the best sellers! As noted by others, this seller is professional and as genuine as her product(s). This purse is just as described or better AND is genuine leather. So many are described as such but, they're faux or vegan. Try dealing with that after delivery. Inspite of the Holidays, shipping was quick!

The awning fabric ended up being for a 17 foot awning, not a 19 foot awning as listed. The item looked great, but it was too short for my needs. Since it was too short for me to use, I had to return it. The seller gave a quick and total refund so all is well.
