  First figure I ordered was sadly lost in the post, somehow it ended up in Newport DO in Wales and I have had no luck getting any communication from them in regards to why it has ended up there and not in Devon. Seller was very kind to send a replacement figure which has arrived safely and very well packaged and I am very grateful for the communication and quick resolution throughout, really happy with my purchase and with the sellers kindness and helpfulness, thank you once again. 5 stars left
