The customer service: The service is really good, they answer fast, are always polite and helpful etc etc. Prices: Well I mean you tell me if you can find better deals than TGS auctions have to offer! Oh and the videos and pictures are very good as well! Not super over-edited like on many many other loose gemstone seller pages.. Easily the best loose gemstone seller on eBay, 110%.

Shipping takes about 2 weeks but once the stone comes in it feels like Christmas. Also, I’m a new eBay user so the autopay is still set, I contacted ThaiGemstore asking about refund for additional shipping fees and they happily obliged. Great to work with and great products.
