  The cross is lovely and arrived in perfect condition. I think it's in better condition than it was described. The packaging was done well. There wasn't a scratch on it. The shipping was within a reasonable time frame. The value was also reasonable. Very pleased with transaction.

  Incorrect size listed in description so item does not fit. States size M but is clearly marked S. Seller accepts returns but this is a hassle for me. Shipping was also on the higher side all to not be correct! Seller never apologized for their error or my inconvenience. That’s not a great seller frankly.

This buyer sent repeated, aggressive messages in an attempt to get a refund while keeping the item. This is a known scam and a clear violation of eBay policies. Sizing was 100% accurate in the photos and description. False claims and manufactured outrage won’t result in free items. Help keep the eBay marketplace honest and fair.
