  Packaged well, posted quickly, arrived very quickly. Not powered on yet as I need to pull out an appropriate transformer, but cosmeticly almost perfect.   This Seller is an asset to eBay. Test Mod shipped the meter immediately, it arrived in Australia within 1 week. The instrument, case leads etc. look brand new, I tested it on a few components and all looks good. I would certainly recommend Test Mod if anyone wants quality, well priced test instruments.
