    Item never arrived message the seller he got back to me the next day asking if I could wait till the Friday which the item never arrived so later that day I messaged the seller to let him know it never arrived so he refunded me the same day. Would I use this seller again yes I would, he doesn’t ignore your messages and he is quick to help

    Item exactly as described & pictured. It arrived in the Post, albeit 1 Day Later than promised, but not really an issue, as at least it arrived safe & sound! Only Gripe was that the Tracking was non-operational, as even though the spare part has arrived according to Tracking, it has still yet to be posted. In any event, at under a tenner to repair a £200+ Shredder is good value in my book.
