    I was told it was delivered but I didn't find it. The usps left the key to open the lock box to get the pkg in the wrong box. You need to contact Usps and tell them they need to go back and leave the leave in box #5 do I can retrieve it. I hope I can or you need yo contact them and explain this. Since I didn't get it I will need a refund or I will dispute the item. Sorry.

    Thank You for the order. As we discussed, the proper thing to do is follow up with your local post office. If that does not work, open an "Item Not Received" case on eBay. I got your message that you were able to recieve it. FYI, this part of the platform is meant for feedback, not communication with sellers, etc about orders.

    Buying ostomy supplies online can be tricky. It’s terrible that I have to at all! But when eBay sells them cheaper than my insurance’s out of pocket price I will continue to buy from eBay! Everything came as described and very quickly! I’m happy with the price and they were in brand new condition. Will purchase from this seller again!!
