    arrived well packed and in good condition unfortunately after assembling the kit the microphone refused to work , l tried various leads including a new one all to no avail. when l contacted the seller they offered me a partial refund whicj l accepted. l will be back to view this sellers wares in future a first class interaction with the company thank you

    Postage was quick, it was well packaged, product as described, amazing value for money considering repairs or replacements anywhere else would cost double if not triple the price! Just so happy too have a working cordless hoover back.
