  Item arrived as advertised and appropriately packaged. Through no fault of the seller, whose communication was excellent, USPS failed to provide a single location scan throughout the shipment process. We were not impressed by USPS! However, we would not hesitate to recommend this seller - AAA+++

  Although we've yet to use/test the keyboards- Shipping was quick, and item appears to be as described. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with, was the packaging. The keyboards were tightly taped together, separated by cardboard. Hopefully, this did not damage them. Would strongly recommend a simple boxing of these items, as keyboards with constant pressure on them, can do damage.

  I received this item sooner than expected, it was packed very well and tight in excellent condition. I was able to install it quickly without any issue, and it fixed my problem.
