    These were used, older devices. I get that. One of the devices has a bad LAN port 1, and I reached out to the seller. They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues. Great price, great, fast service, and they stand behind their products. I highly recommend them.

    Works Well & Great Seller Support This Cisco Catalyst 9300 functions properly but arrived with deep scratches on top and visible dents on the front, which weren’t clearly mentioned. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally. Their prompt support made a big difference. ⭐ Final Verdict: 4/5 – Functional unit with some wear, but excellent customer service. Would buy from this seller again.

    Great seller! One of the switches had an issue, but the communication was excellent and the seller quickly sent replacements in great condition. They handled everything with professionalism and empathy. Very satisfied with the service — would definitely buy again.
