  Excellent sellers. I had ordered an unlocked phone and received a locked one by mistake. No problem! They were able to accept my return and issue me a refund in no time. I placed a second order and received exactly what I wanted. Condition of the phones were excellent both times. Prices are very fair, and the phones they have are beautiful.   Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this seller! I accidentally ordered the wrong phone and immediately messaged them when I received the phone. Response time was minutes! The phone was marked as used but looked brand new! I was allowed to return the phone and reorder what I needed! Super fast shipping. Excellent packaging! Great value!! Thank you!

  I appreciate Tech Hobbies' prompt and courteous customer service, as my questions were answered and concerns were addressed before I made the purchase. I'm very happy with the phone I received, which appears to be brand new despite its refurbished designation. It arrived unlocked as advertised, so that I could easily install CalyxOS over pre-loaded Android. USPS delayed delivery by a couple days, but that's not the vendor's fault. Highly recommended.
