  I was very happy with this seller... We agreed upon an amount for this item (a waffle maker). I received it in a timely manner - it was packaged nicely ... There was a small flaw .. I expressed my disappointment, I received a nice apology for the oversight and received a partial refund, which was very satisfactory to me - It was a good experience doing business with this seller ... I would use again

  It's in great shape. Overall very positive. Got it timely. Packed well. Only opportunity is I had a question- emailed 2x with no response. Yes- the answer was in the photos yet could have gotten a brief response.

  Had a problem with usps shipping, seller did everything they could to rectify problem. In the end, refunded money and took full responsibility for shipment, even though it was technically the US post office fault. Was very pleased with how things worked out even though I was not able to get the package on time, or as of yet, was refunded the money, and still was taken care of. All emails and correspondence were very professional and curteous. Would Definitely do business with them again

  I responded to the buyer immediately once I saw their message. I sent the package to the address attached to the buyer's eBay account. The item had yet to be delivered upon the buyer writing this feedback. I am unable to control the pace in which the post office delivers your package and I cannot control the route your package takes to get to you. I immediately issued the buyer and negative feedback was still issued. I feel as though this feedback is unjust and I did everything in my power.

  Quality and condition and value and appearance are all phenomenal and I give it five stars. Great seller! The shipping and packaging was great and the item came just as described
