  Made a purchase since January and here we are in March, I still have not received my order. Have pled with the seller to sort things with Royal Mail, as Royal Mail said they can only open an investigation if the seller requests so. But what the seller did was to mark it as delivered here on ebay and has kept mute on me. He has made zero attempt to find out what the issue is. He has refused to refund me and seems unapologetic about the whole thing. It’s a total regret making the purchase.
