    The listing was wrong for the windshield washer pump, and USPS shipped it all around the state TWICE, but the seller was great. He refunded me due to the delayed shipping when it wasn't his fault. When the pump finally arrived, it was made for an SUV instead of a car, having 2 outlets. The seller is going to check what went wrong and fix it. He didn't want the pump returned. 5* seller.

    Original package was damaged by USPS, who took responsibility for damage. I updated seller with proof from USPS including pics of damaged/opened package, and they promptly asked if I wanted repeat of same product or refund. I still wanted this and they sent promptly! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Would buy from them again. Thank you much!

    Excellent seller with good communication. Issue I had was i believe was not the fault of the seller or buyer. The items set at Cincinnati USPS for 14 or 15 days waiting for item to be accepted. I checked with my local post office to see what I could do to expedite the movement. The really didn't feel like it was their problem and wasn't much help at all. Not really sure how to ensure it doesn't happen on future purchases.

    Great value when compared buying it from the dealership. Seller's description of the item was accurate. The condition was new and wrapped in original packing. Item appearance was exactly like the original part. Item fit and the quality is the same as the original part. Seller provided tracking number. Item arrived a day early and undamaged. Received updates on when it was shipped and out for delivery. No issues with product/transaction.
