    The listing was wrong for the windshield washer pump, and USPS shipped it all around the state TWICE, but the seller was great. He refunded me due to the delayed shipping when it wasn't his fault. When the pump finally arrived, it was made for an SUV instead of a car, having 2 outlets. The seller is going to check what went wrong and fix it. He didn't want the pump returned. 5* seller.

Item appearance was exactly like the original part. Item fit and the quality is the same as the original part. Seller provided tracking number. Item arrived a day early and undamaged. Received updates on when it was shipped and out for delivery. No issues with product/transaction.

    Good communication with seller both before and after purchase. Seller was responsive to concerns which arose from shipping damage. Glove box door is lighter than OEM, but is a good, less expensive substitute. Item was new as described.
