    Magazine arrived, well packaged. But the front and back covers were detached in two pieces. Pictures of item do not show this on auction site do not show this. Other than that, was in great condition.

    I paid for 29 volumes in the listing but only 27 books arrived. The box was ripped open on one end. Not saying the seller is at fault, but It looks like the box was used and maybe weaker(?). The photos were taken just after the box arrived. Pre shipment communication was fine. I sent these phots to the seller but never heard back. I thought maybe some sort of refund would be in order as I now have to buy the two books I'd already paid for elsewhere.

    We responded to the buyer and gave a refund for the lost books. Our volunteers always try to pack items securely but problems can occur in USPS shipping.
