  Seller originally sent me the wrong item, but they responded to my concern quickly and with understanding. They quickly provided me with the means to return/refund and I got the correct item. Quality of the backpack is superb. Condition is perfect. Value, well I got a nice deal on it. Appearance is as described. Love this Nat Geo backpack.

  Exactly what I was looking for and the product was new and well packaged. What impressed me was the shipping speed! it arrived in like 2 days from Seoul to the US, im stunned. The product is as it was described. Would buy from this seller again!

  This item is small for the price but other than that it was as described. Im leaving a neutral review because I returned the item & seller stated that the return would be picked up that same week as delivery & then I would be refunded if item was in the same condition as when I received it which it was & seller didn't pick it up that same week as delivery & didn't refund me as stated in the agreement so I asked ebay to step in & ebay refunded me.
