  Gearbox arrived okay and for a good price. Pallet and packaging was secure and the local courier they used for the final stage of delivery was great. Really polite communications and the box was as described though I’ve no way to verify mileage. Do not rely on eBay’s delivery by date though, despite it allowing time for the removal in the date given, the box arrived almost a week later than this, making for a grumpy mechanic. This was despite being promised it to arrive in time on live chat.

  Quality was perfect condition was very good value was superb and appearance was good everything was great from buying to delivered great support service available also gave me 3 months Warrenty on the product always shop from synetiq cheap second hand parts wont get grear service from anywhere else except it from synetiq i always buy from here so i already know what they really are about quick response from the aswell delivery came next day after ordering it well described and perfect condition

  Arrived quickly and was better than I was expecting. Description given was very accurate so can't fault the seller on anything other than packaging could be better as box had split open in transit but survived the trip. Even tracking with the courier company DX was accurate and updated during morning so could see where on the map he was. Updates from seller were good as well. Will use the seller again if needed.

  described as used & not the cheapest but in much better condition than all the others i viewed & i'm happy with it, going to be used as a spare so didn't have to be in as nice condition as it is, arrived very quickly, nicely boxed, seemed like a very well oiled professional transaction, i highly recommend using Synetiq, i will always look there first for any other parts that i need, condition better than i hoped & glad i bought from there. i give 5 stars because i'm happy. Thank you.

  Seller communication was ok. Item as described, with no severe damage, obviously due to age there are some signs of wear and tear which are to be expected. At the price paid it was beyond expectation. The item was delivered via the sellers own van and driver, who was very polite, helpful and chatty. Delivery costs were not cheap, but not the dearest I have seen on similar items, especially as it was a very large, semi delicate item sent from Doncaster to near Neath, S. Wales
