  The wool was exactly as described. Its lovely to knit with and the finished article is so pretty. This is the second time I have bought from this seller and am happy to recommend them. Their communication updates are very good (had slight delay on delivery this time due to the recent bad weather) which was much appreciated. first delivery was very fast. Well Packed and good price.   As described and shown in photos. I got 3 samples as couldn't narrow it down further. Glad too because it was nice to see and feel the superb quality. These were dispatched fairly quickly and delivered a few days later. They arrived safely as well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy from again. Which I will once I've decided which one to get out of these 3.

  A good quality ball of wool at a reasonable price. Matching pattern and colour to a previous retail purchase by my wife. Delivery was within seven days which suited. The wool was well packaged and protected. We may use this seller again a voucher was enclosed for our next order.

  I adore WYS yarns and this colourway is gorgeous. Fast delivery, but I don't like the new way of vacuum packing the wool. I'd like to see a postal option for sustainable packaging. I get why, but it's just more single use plastic. It's not like the normal yarn balls or cakes can't be squished through a letterbox. The new FRAGILE warning could simply state SQUISHABLE :o) Fab seller, lovely yarn, I just think the postage needs a rethink.
