  Wonderful communication with this seller. The chandelier arrived very well packed. We had a touch of work getting the wire through the chain I had ordered because the plug and switch were just a little big for the chain I had chosen. But it was quickly done and we hung the chandelier within a few hours of receiving it. It's just stunning. It's hanging over my small living room bar and it looks great. Thanks so much!!   Great wrapper!! Exactly as described packed well and shipped quick. The Postal Service did a number on the box they came in. It was smashed on the sides the top the bottom and had one corner of literally blown out, but the pieces were carefully wrapped and tucked inside and we're perfectly fine! Thank you again for such a great wrapping job on these pieces! Best regards!

  The packaging was excellent and for glass, this is quite important. Experienced seller delivered great quality items for a very reasonable price, and with only one defect which was accurately described before purchasing...as described...and the shipping was very reasonable. When you are buying art glass, it is important to have a seller who knows the difference between a defect that is caused by the manufacturing process, which is a sign of beauty and damage.   Seller shipped fast and the item is very well packed. The chandelier is so beautiful in person. It is heavy and substantial, and it's a show piece and in an heirloom quality. I highly recommend the seller and the product. Shipping cost is comparable to the effort the seller had to make and also for the size and weight. Because of the size and weight, planning the installation location etc. in advance is a good idea.
