  It arrived on time. It was packaged safely in bubble wrap. And the price was vey competitive with others. It was the part as described. However there was a part broken that could have been easily overlooked by the seller. It was an internal part. I messaged the seller and got a quick response. Offering to refund my money or whatever it took to make it right. I didn’t take the refund. I improvised instead. And will definitely order from this seller again!

  Item just as described. Excellent packaging with plenty of peanuts and wrapping paper to protect the new door handle. Pricing was great with continual communication right up to delivery. Seller was a definite A+.

  I purchased three parts from Sutter Imports to replace the panels that my dogs tore through. Upon ordering they confirmed that the parts would fit my model of truck which I appreciated. Shipping was fast and inexpensive. The parts were packed so no damage could happen through shipping. They sent me exactly what was described on the site. Price was great, shipping was great, communication was excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with Sutter Imports. I would highly recommend.

  The product was priced well and the shipping charges were negligible. Product arrived on schedule and well packaged. It is in excellent condition and I will be installing in my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 later today. Very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this seller. Seller’s communication was excellent. I will be saving this seller to my Favorites.

  Good used window regulator works as it should. Excellent communication. From Sutterimports . Would definitely recommend them A+++++ seller. They packed my item within a day and sent it. The shipping cost with USPS would have been a fair amount if they hadn’t dropped the ball and let the package sit idle for so long in one location, but I will still highly recommend this seller
