La primera tienda Superpet abrió sus puertas en New Milton en un día gloriosamente soleado en 1983. Con Tony encabezando la familia, los cinco niños trabajaron en la tienda en algún momento, tanto después de la escuela como durante las vacaciones escolares.

Con la tienda New Milton un éxito, el negocio familiar pronto comenzó a expandirse. En 1993 se abrió la sucursal de Christchurch, con Joe, el hijo mayor asumiendo la responsabilidad del funcionamiento diario de la tienda al salir de la escuela. Desde una edad temprana Joe había mostrado una verdadera aptitud para el negocio y estaba dispuesto a participar y aprender las cuerdas de Tony. Con el impulso comercial de Joe, la gran atención a los detalles y el conocimiento, fue una progresión natural para Joe asumir el papel de director dentro de "Superpet".

    2nd purchase. As described. Genuine article - came in Yakers box, all chews came complete with attached label. If it's important to you to buy genuine Yakers chews you can totally trust this seller. Another seller I approached who showed a Yakers box in his description would not confirm he supplied genuine Yakers chews, making various excuses! Always worth checking.

    I DIDN`T COMMUNICATE WITH THE SELLER PERSONALLY. THE SACK THE NUTS WERE DELIVERED IN WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED AT THE NECK.- SOMEONE HAD PUT THE SACK OF PEANUTS INTO A CLEAR PLASTIC SACK, AND SECURED WITHA CABLE TIE. WAS THIS THE SELLER ? WAS THIS ROYAL MAIL ? I HAVE NO IDEA. I DON`T BELIEVE ANY OF THE CONTENTS WERE LOST IN TRANSIT. NONE OF THE PEANUTS SUFFERED DURING THIS PROCESS, THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.

    The item was as described. Unfortunately, when the item's dispatch was delayed, the seller did not communicate with me and I had to open a 'chasing' process via Ebay. It was resolved in the end when the item was delivered over a week later but it would have been a better experience if the seller had bothered to engage directly with me along the way, because they never did.

    I ordered this item on another site, it did not arrive. I got a refund. On previous exp I have used this seller before and they were very good. On this occasion there was a significant delay in receiving this item. Nearly 3 weeks. Not processed by the Seller or lost by another Courier. Seems Unlikely. I think replacement was resent as this arrived much quicker. I did not want to leave negative feedback, not impressed with the service as I could not track the item and no updates given.

    This pack of mealworms arrived safely today on time and very sturdily packaged, great quality and in perfect condition, great value for the money spent, great for the wild birds that come to my garden, quick response to my placement of my order and extremely quick dispatch, excellent service, the seller is highly recommended by me and will be using again when this supply is all gone which will not take long.

    Item as described. Peanuts appear decent quality and good value for money, my birds already like them ! Package arrived, double bagged, by courier, within 24 hours. Can't fault this seller and will be using them again.
