  A seller I have bought from before, & I was very happy with buying a movie on a new DVD again.This movie was the best price on eBay, with free post. Good processing & communication, I received it on the early days of the estimated delivery dates, packed well in bubblewrap envelop, no damage during transit. The DVD was secure in its case - it didn't rattle & hadn't come loose. It was new in its sealed cellophane wrap. I am very happy with this purchase & very happy with this seller. Thank you

  I received the record very bent as well as the packaging and parcel. It was a very thin envelope type of packaging. It was unacceptable for transporting records. But, they gave me a full refund. So I respect that they took responsibility for their mishandling of the item.
