  I am so impressed with this seller! Communication / feedback was top notch and delivery arrived long before ETA. Packaging was secure and clearly labelled. This DVD was exactly as shown on the advertised image and a great price, especially for being brand new.   Good value. Unfortunately New, sealed DVD arrived with a loose disc which you can hear moving around within sealed DVD case when handled. Contacted seller whom responded saying they don’t send out DVD with loose discs and said disc must have come loose in transit. Seller did not offer refund or replacement. I have bought many new DVD’s over the years and have never received one with a loose disc.

  As described, brand new in sealed packaging. Shipping was delayed slightly for some reason. Also when I contacted the seller there was no response which was frustrating. However, I was very happy with the products that arrived safely in the end.
