  These guys are a pleasure to work with. Delivery was very fast, item was exactly as described. I mistakenly order the wrong part. As soon as I realized, I contacted these guys and within an hour, a return had been set up. Refund was easy and was in my account within an hour of the return tracking number being provided. This is how transactions should be. Would recommend these guys, no questions

  The item (fuel pump controller, worth ~$100) unfortunately did not arrive before the latest estimated date so I bought another one from a different vendor. However the seller of this one apologied for delay and immediately accepted my return/refund request and refunded me before it even arrived. When it eventually arrived I did a standard eBay return with their label without fuss. So I can say I'm happy with this seller and will recommend them for excellent communication and service.
