They carry a product that can't be bought in the US, they communicate your order status to you consistently, and they are professional as can-be. *****US BUYERS - the listing doesn't remind you about the import taxes; I had to pay an additional $27.00 to DHL for import taxes for this spool of fluorocarbon. BE AWARE OF THIS, because that additional price number is a make-or-break for a lot of people. BUT, this fluorocarbon is AMAZING and is worth it!

    This has been a memorable and amazing experience. First, the announcement that all European shipping to the US stops due to the tariff-free limit of $800 value being cut to $100 - yet DHL delivered! Second, the driver dropped the ball for not calling or operating the gate panel (it's a gated community) - but then DHL called next day and attempted delivery again, successfully this time. The item itself is fantastic, the seller shipped right away, a thoroughly outstanding experience!
