  Unfortunately the seller’s efforts at packaging did not hold up to USPS trauma. Upon notification of the bowls’ demise, the seller responded quickly, and gave me a full refund. Communication from seller was excellent before & after delivery. Although my purchase did not turn out as I had hoped, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Seller promptly shipped the item however it was delayed due to postal service. When I contacted her about it she was super nice. The item was just as described and is a fantastic cleansing balm. Would purchase from this seller again for sure!

  Best transaction ever from Ebay! After a small glitch with this order the seller more than made up for it.! Seller went over and above on this one.
