The packaging was extremely secure with the item wrapped in bubble wrap packed inside a stiff, well-sealed box. The item was mostly as described, but there were some unexpected issues which the seller quickly help me resolve.   The laptop arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The quality of this used item is superb, and especially for this price. It was only a little dirty but was easily cleaned. Besides that, it looks great! The seller also has great communication too, and they gladly and concisely answered all the questions I asked them before I bought the item. Definitely a recommended seller!

  Great looking pair of Azden powered speakers, they look like new, well packed, and promptly shipped by Fed Ex Ground, my favorite shipper. The power cords were not included, so I contacted Customer Service and they are shipping me the cords. Discounts for purchasing multiple units, too. High quality product at a Refurbished Price! I can buy here again.
