  I can’t say enough good things about this seller. It has been a very difficult loss of my mother. I initially ordered a large urn and then there was an unexpected situation with her ashes. Thankfully, I did receive a small amount. I obviously did not need a 10” urn and didn’t know if I would even need one anymore. The seller was so kind and patient. They cancelled my order and when I found out I would have some ashes I placed another order for a 3” urn. I am very pleased with everything.

  I ordered wrong size of urn and this seller refunded me straight away. The small one I received was good quality perfect condition looked beautiful and was great value for price it was such a shame it was to small.   This urn was so much better than I ever imagined. It’s simply beautiful! The material is heavy duty, and I’m sure it will last. It arrived in perfect condition.
