  Item hasn’t arrived. No offer to extend return window. Who knows if or when I will get the item. Seller says it isn’t their problem and to take it up with the shipping company. Horrible customer service.

  HI I opened investigation to find your item. I messaged you two days ago about this. Plus you can return the item 30 days after receiving the item. I am still offering you 30day return after you receive the item, but first we have to find the item. The investigation is underway with the shipping company and I will let you know.
