  Ordered the alternator and arrived fast. Packaged well and alternator was the one in the pictures. Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. They refunded my payment. Honest seller, Thank you & thumbs up

  This seller is Amazing !! Great communication !! Fast shipping!! I received this 250 lbs. item from across the country in less time than than buying an item in my own State. This is the first time I ever received an item in better condition than was described, it was packaged with care and even the delivery driver commented on how well this was packaged.   Great customer service! They accidentally sent me the wrong part! I contacted them and they reached out immediately. As soon as they received the returned part they refunded me immediately! I re purchased and they shipped it right away! Thanks so much will definitely recommend and re order from them!

  The shipping was quick. Packaging was decent: Not as described. I asked them twice if the display I ordered from them was damaged. Both responses were affirming it was fine, no damage. After receiving the display, it was cracked… had to send it back. Promptly refunded my money. Not sure how these folks deal with items… seems weird.
