The seller immediately sent a new piece of jewelry to replace the defective one and I received it in less than a week.     When I first ordered these I ordered blue and white, after 8 days they had not been shipped so I contacted the seller and they messaged back fast and said they only had pink so I reordered pink(I had already received a refund for first order) and they were shipped within 3 days so I m satisfied now, just be aware they won t tell you if something is sold out.
