  Slight confusion with item. But the seller rectified the issue immediately and with great communication. Really appreciated the rapid and professional response. Mistakes happen but when they are dealt with as easily and efficiently as they have the end result is a very good seller.

  Didn’t arrive within dates stated on listing. Not sent 48 hour tracked as per the listing. No response to refund request when it hadn’t arrived by deadline of 3 June. Finally arrived after date marked as delivered. Stated despatched 27 May on eBay purchase, but feedback states despatched 2 June. Still no communication from seller.
