  This package was misdelivered by USPS and this seller refused to help even though USPS provided me with a letter confirming their mistake. Seller stated that my issue was with USPS even though they chose the carrier and chose not to insure the product. Buyer beware. In nearly 20 years of doing business on eBay, this has been the worst customer service and communication I've encountered -- by far.

  Bought pocket watch on 1 April with a delivery date between 5-11April 2025. Message from seller stated shipping label was affixed but never picked up for delivery. Contacted seller after the 11th of April and have not heard back from them. It's now 18tg of April and still haven't seen or heard anything from the seller. I still want the pocket watch but the communication from seller is horrible.
