  The communication with the seller was ok other than they refused to offer any solution. I feel like the kit is incomplete as the seller sells the very part I need separately for $60 and $13 for shipping when it could fit in an envelope! The sellers lack of effort to try and fix this situation is why I won’t be doing business with them in the future. Thank you, Bill.

  These people were great to work with. This coupling was last piece need to put my car back together and drive it. The shipping was very fast and item was as described. Taking photo wouldn’t show the item so there is no photos.

  Part arrived as described and was packaged well. Part was priced well and looked fine. Hopefully this boot lasts long enough to be worth it because the original that was on the shaft didn't last long.

  Company does bad buisness. Purchased this item by accident and immediately asked to cancel order not even 10 minutes after purchase and they denied my request stating they already shipped the item. (10 minutes after purchase) that’s a lie. Company is greedy and just wanted my money at this point.

  Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the order. You can feel free to open a return after you receive it. Our eBay store is completely automated and connected to multiple warehouses via EDI. The order is instantly placed with them as soon as your order comes in. These warehouses operate and ship 24/7. Once the order is in their system, there is no way to cancel it. Since your order was over the weekend we were not here to even try to manually get it stopped. Thanks.
